Figure 1 Key:

A:	Directory nickname. Set with 'mp3dirname' in ~/.wmmp3.
B:	Current song filename. When the song starts playing, the name will scroll once if it is too long to fit in the window (which is very probable since it can only fit 9 characters). If you click anywhere inside the song filename window, it will scroll again.
C:	Previous directory in directory list supplied by ~/.wmmp3 ('mp3dir' variable name). Only active if not currently playing a song.
D:	Random toggle.
E:	Next directory in directory list supplied by ~/.wmmp3 ('mp3dir' variable name). Only active if not currently playing a song.
F:	Repeat. Once finished playing all the mp3 files in the current directory, wmmp3 will start with the first song in the directory if the 'Repeat' toggle is depressed.
G:	Previous song.
H:	Next song.
I:	Stop.
J:	Play. Will remain depressed as long as it is still playing a file.

Currently, the following rules must be followed for the configuration file to be accepted by wmmp3:

The file must be located in ~/.wmmp3 of the user, where ~ is the home directory as specified in /etc/passwd.
A line must consist of [variable name] = [value]. The spaces between [variable name] and '=' and [value] are currently required.
Any line whose first character is '#' is ignored.
All newlines are ignored.

The following variables are set in the configuration file:

mpg123: The full pathname for the mpg123 binary.
mp3dir: This variable can be repeated for as many directories as you want. You should have each directory on a separate line. (I personally have each album that I have ripped in a separate directory, and my config file just lists all these directories.) The full path of the directory is required.
mp3dirname: Nicknames for the directories specified with mp3dir. This variable can also be repeated for as many directories as specified with 'mp3dir'. They must appear in the same order as the directories in 'mp3dir'.
playlistext: Not currently used, but will specify the filename extension of any playlist that should be used to order the mp3 files instead of the default.
mp3ext: The filename extension for all mp3 files.
alwaysscroll: When set to 1, filenames will always scroll instead of just the first time.

All variables are required except for 'playlistext'. See sample.wmmp3 for an example of a valid ~/.wmmp3 file.

You must have mpg123, written by Michael Hipp, installed in order for wmmp3 to actually play mp3 files.
